How do I make an appointment?

We take new patients by doctor referral only.  Your primary care physican will contact our office with the necessary information.  The doctor will reveiw your records and make an appointment accordingly.  If you are already a patient, just call the office to make an appointment.

What do I need to bring to my apppintment?

Please bring your insurance card(s), your co-pay, and your medications.  We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.   



Will you bill my insurance?

​Yes.  We accept most major insurance plans and will submit claims.  However, please be aware you are responsible for co-pays and co-insurance (including Medicare's 20%).  If needed, a payment plan can be arranged.



What if I need a refill on medicine?

Please contact your pharmacy about a week before you run out of your medicine.  Your pharmacy will then send our office a request for the refill.

What if I need to speak with a doctor after hours?

​Our phones are answered after hours by an answeing service.  If you have a medical issue and need to speak with a doctor after hours, call our main phone number 361.887.8451.  The answering service will page the doctor on call.
